Extra-Curricular Activities - Bishop Alexander L.E.A.D. Academy

At Bishop Alexander, we aim to offer a variety of different extra-curricular clubs. Some clubs are kindly run by members of staff and others are run by our sports coaches. As always, we are keen to develop the opportunities for our children, so if you have any queries or ideas then please let us know.

Please look for your Year group or appropriate Key Stage, then click on the Gateway app to apply electronically.

Assigning places in clubs

We really value the commitment that our children show towards the extra-curricular clubs. If there is ever a session that you cannot attend, please let the office or club leader know out of courtesy.

To sign up

Discuss with your child/parent the clubs you wish to attend.
Open the Gateway App (the one you use to make payments/book parents evening appointments).
Click on ‘Useful Links’
Click on ‘Clubs’ – this will take you to a page (School Cloud), where you will need to confirm your email and the name of your child.
Once you have completed this, you will be able to book on to the relevant clubs appropriate to your child.
We always endeavour to run a club even if the usual member is absent from school/on a training course. Where this is not possible we will contact you as soon as possible so that you make alternative arrangements.
