Maths tasks will be set on SUMDOG to allow the children to either practice skills they have been doing in class or to revise previous learning.
Children will also be set a Multiplication Check to ensure their times tables remain fluent.
All children are expected to read at home five times per week. They need to record which pages they have read and this should be signed off by an adult every Thursday before diaries are checked on a Friday.
Please encourage your child to take a quiz on Accelerated Reader each time they complete a book. This allows us to track their progress and engagement.
Children will receive tokens for the book vending machine based on the progress they make in their half termly Accelerated Reader assessment.
